Welcome to the Wapiti Bluff Homeowners Association web site!
The photos of all the houses that we *think* were entrants in the first ever Wapiti Bluff Estates HOA Halloween Decorating contest are here!
Check them out, and pick which one is your favorite.
If you’re on Facebook, go ahead and just like the one you are voting for. Otherwise, you can email your vote to email@example.com.
Please only vote for the one that is your favorite; it can either be a day time or night time shot (like only one.)
We’ll count these up on the middle of the day on Saturday so everyone has a chance to get around on Halloween and see them in person!
Hopefully you all have noticed that our roads have been completed! Thank you so much for abiding by the expectations of the paving company! We only had a few minor encounters, but nothing too serious. We wanted to put a huge thank you to Brian Barton and Kim Jenson for getting the ball rolling with Hyrum City and all the time and effort to making it happen! We do understand that there are still a few bumps in the road. We will be on the schedule for every few years to continue to patch these and make it smoother. Thank you for your understanding.
Please remember to put your garbage cans out as early as Tuesday evening and putting them back close to your house on Wednesday evening after pickup. Our streets and storm drains are getting full of litter and garbage again.
We are looking for some help for our Winter Party. If you are interested in helping, please email or call the secretary.
The HOA board is announcing the raising of dues starting on January 1, 2014. Currently the dues are $27.56 a month or $330.72 a year. We are raising them the annual 5% rate which will be $28.94 a month or $347.28 a year. Please double check that you are paying the full amount starting January to avoid a $5 late fee.
The enclosed statements are reflective as of October 13, 2013. If you have a payment that has not been received, please let us know ASAP. Please put your name and address on all checks.
All payments need to be made out to Wapiti Loop and put in the Black Drop Box on the east side of the park or through the USPS to 52 Wapiti Loop Hyrum, UT 84319. If you have any other questions or concerns please notify a member of the board. Please respect the board member’s family time by keeping all questions and concerns within the hours of 10am and 8pm. Please remember that our roads are going to be re-sealed on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week (August 20th and 21st.)
Trash collection will take place very early in the morning on Wednesday, the 21st. So make sure you have your garbage cans out to the road Tuesday evening.
We are very fortunate that this is finally getting done! Kim has spent many hours working with various people at Hyrum City to meet this goal…it has been a long time coming. So please honor their requests and make sure this happens as smoothly as possible.
A final reminder to turn off your sprinklers so the slurry seal does not get wet, and do not walk or drive on the roads until the barricades are removed. Thanks for your cooperation!
We are going to be holding our Summer BBQ on Monday August 12, at 7pm at the park. There will be a blow up slide and bounce house again for the children and a dinner starting at 7:30pm. Come and enjoy a night out and meet lots of our new neighbors! We want to get a rough idea on how many people will be there for dinner count, so if you know you will for sure be there, email firstname.lastname@example.org and give us a total count for your family! Don’t forget to tell your neighbors that weren’t there last year.
The monthly HOA dues are $27.56 a month or $330.72 a year. There are still a lot of accounts that are not paying their balance in full, please double check that you are paying the full amount to avoid a late fee. All accounts that are not paid in full by the 10th of each month, will be charged a $5 late fee.
From July 1st onward, the HOA WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING CASH as a form of payment. Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Automatic Payments through your bank, Money Orders and Pay Pal will be the only acceptable payment options. If you have cash, please visit your bank or customer service desk at Ridley’s and get a Cashier’s Check. Please note that all returned checks will have the appropriate fee assessed. Please make certain that there is contact information on the Cashier’s Check including your name and address, so we know what account to credit.
The HOA board members WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING PAYMENTS AT THEIR HOMES. All payments need to be made to either the Black Drop Box on the east side of the park or through the USPS to 52 Wapiti Loop Hyrum, UT 84319. We are happy to announce that you are finally able to pay your monthly HOA dues online via Paypal!
Please note there is a fee that Paypal leverages in order to process the payment; when we presented this at last year’s semi-annual homeowner’s meeting the consensus was that everyone was fine paying the fee in exchange for the convenience of being able to pay the dues online.
So to actually make the payment, all you have to do is click on the “Pay Now” button on the right column on the home page of the HOA web site. That will take you to Paypal where you do the rest.
Once you are at Paypal’s site, if you have an account there, simply login and fill out the payment form. The payment will then be sent to the HOA account and that’s it…it’s that simple!
Don’t worry if you do not have a Paypal account…it isn’t required. You can make a payment with any of the major credit/debit cards through Paypal, or of course if you do have a Paypal account and wish to use it that is an option as well.
If you have any questions or problems, please don’t hesitate to Contact The Board.
